Valentine’s Day Cards for Your Law School-Bound Boo

No less than the Reverend Martin Luther King, Jr. said of love that it “is the only force capable of transforming an enemy into a friend.” This is how we at Blueprint feel about the LSAT. The exam, an enemy we once sought to vanquish, is now not only a friend but an eternally beloved fixture in our lives. We write hosannas to each published LSAT, we admonish those who do not handle the test with the care it deserves, and we devotedly follow the exam’s every footstep. Love has transformed this test from foe to beaux, at least for those of us who instinctively diagrammed the great Reverend’s above quote.

Get Your Beloved the Best Gift of All with Our Valentine’s Day Sale!

Ahh, Valentine’s Day is upon us. Yes, the bane of any bae’s existence. The nadir of dears. The consternation of copulation.

What are your plans? Are you literally going to going to be the most unimaginative person ever and go with chocolate and flowers? Think that’s really going to wow him or her? Are you scrap and fight for a table at a restaurant that will serve you and your beloved a prix fixe menu? That may sound sort of nice, but did you know that Valentine’s Day is commonly referred to as “amateur night” in the restaurant industry, in part because restaurants use the night to fleece inexperienced diners with an overpriced menu?

We’ve Just Added a Bunch of Classes for the New July LSAT!

When LSAC announced that it would administer, for the first time ever, a July LSAT this year, it threw us at Blueprint for a loop. I mean, for the entire time we’ve been providing the best LSAT classroom course available, there were always four exams a year: in February, June, September or October, and December. Year after year, we’d hold courses all across the nation to help countless students prepare for one of these exams. We had our schedules set. Like clockwork.

Start your law school journey right with tomorrow’s webinars

So, you’re thinking about applying to law school. Maybe this has been a lifelong goal for you, once a relative told you that your bratty, argumentative demeanor would serve you well as an attorney. Maybe you’ve been inspired by civil rights and public interest attorneys past and present and want to fight on behalf of the underrepresented. Maybe you’ve seen starting salaries at so-called Big Law firms and literal bags of money materialized on your corneas. Maybe you’ve seen the arrests of Philly fans celebrating their win last night, and see a market opportunity.

Random person who wants to go to law school, who is also an imbecile: “I’m going to spend months trying to figure out what the LSAT is on my own, and then many more months after that trying to figure how to apply to law school.”

You, a person who also wants to go to law school, but is a genius and not an imbecile: “I’m going to take a few hours this Wednesday to learn about all that stuff. Oh, also I won’t have to leave my house to do so.”
