LSAC Releases 2014 June LSAT Scores: How’d You Do?

You might want to turn off the World Cup and check your email.

LSAC has just released the first batch of 2014 June LSAT scores. If you haven’t received yours yet, don’t panic. LSAC releases LSAT scores in random batches throughout the day. You might get yours at noon. You might get it at midnight. The important thing is, you’re getting it.

So, what stands out about the 2014 June LSAT?

First, let’s start with the curve. The 2014 June LSAT (101 questions) featured an LSAT curve of -13 — meaning you could miss 13 questions and still get a 170 LSAT score.

You could have missed 20 questions for a 165, -29 for a 160, or -46 for a 150.

See the chart below for the full score conversion.

Then there’s that Logic Game. Stay tuned for an upcoming LSAT blog post that breaks down that game that seemed to give everyone fits.

For now, let us know in the comments how you’re feeling now that you have your June LSAT score. Did you do better than you’d hoped? Worse? Let’s discuss.

I got my score. It was a little lower than I had hoped. Now I am in a weird place of trying to figure out if it is better to retake, and hope to get a few extra points, or to submit early with a binding early decision.

  2. Lmnop says:

Not as high as I hoped, not as low as I feared. Now to decide what to do with it.
I was scoring 165-168 in practice, but the logic games section killed me.

  3. Billie says:

I did alright; not as high as I would have hoped, but not as bad as I thought it could have gone. What killed me were the parallel reasoning questions and the third passage in reading comprehension. As for the tough logic game, I knew I wasn’t going to get all of them right, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that I only missed one question. I will probably retake to have a better chance for scholarships.

  4. Bobby says:

I got a 170 and I’m thrilled. Big thanks to Blueprint for the help along the way. Everything went very well and I even had a perfect score on the logic games section!

    166… I called it! :)

  6. Sam says:

Filled in two answers on the same row on accident which messed up the entire section. I calculated my score to see what I would’ve got had I not screwed up bubbling and it was higher than where I want to be. Needless to say, I will be taking it again.

When do they release how many people took the LSAT this administration? I want to know if there has been an increase or not…

  8. Patton2013 says:

    175. Did the online video and obviously very happy with my results, +10 from my first practice test. Thanks BP!

That’s great! I’m taking the LSAT this year so, I’m just trying to formulate a study plan. What did you do?

  9. james says:

    I didn’t study at all and scored a 150…
