Shir Davidovicz

Shir is originally from Los Angeles, where her love for L.A. sports teams (Lakers, not Clippers; Dodgers, not Angels) was born. She soon traded in SoCal for NorCal and headed up the coast to U.C. Berkeley, where she studied Political Science and Political Economy. Her passion for international issues relating to trade and social responsibility inspired her to take the LSAT, score a 170, and go to law school. So, she packed up her bags and moved out to a city known best for social responsibility - Washington, D.C. to become a student at Georgetown University Law Center. Shir’s teaching style is all about making something that seems like it isn’t fun, into something that can be. She’s best described as being high energy and using pop culture references from a few years ago hoping that she can seem like she’s young and hip (hello, fellow kids!). She understands that sometimes certain hurdles seem too difficult to overcome (she didn’t learn how to ride a bike until she was 23), but practice and determination will get you where you want to go. If you asked her what she does with her free time, she’s likely to say checking out the new exhibit at the Hirshhorn or reading political nonfiction. In reality, she’s likely figuring out a way to justify watching The Bachelor, and drinking overpriced coffee from La Colombe, Philz, or Blue Bottle.
